Coordinating your schedule and daily tasks to support staff in various locations, you will be a “go-to” person in the office, offering top-notch customer service to co-workers, other branches/divisions. You will be responsible for ensuring operations run smoothly, designing and implementing new processes and systems, and assisting the Executive Directors so that they have everything they need for their daily meetings and activities.
