The Ministry of Children and Family Development works together with Delegated Aboriginal Agencies, Aboriginal service partners, contracted community social service agencies, foster parents, cross government and social sector partners to deliver inclusive, culturally respectful, responsive and accessible services that support the well-being of children, youth and families.
The Manager of Business Innovation, is responsible for leading the development of innovative business solutions to support excellence in the delivery of ministry policy and supporting materials to MCFD staff, Delegated Aboriginal Agency staff, contracted service providers and other users. The position leads initiatives that drive transformation and digital service delivery of policy materials. The position demands a high degree of creativity, a competent, deliberate approach to innovation, and the ability to proactively manage multiple stakeholders and complex relationships.
