Under the direction of the Manager of Business Services, the Senior Business Analyst is responsible for leading business, systems and data analysis in support of all applications within Service BC (SBC). This includes new application development and operational support for all existing SBC integrated custom applications and complex business processes.
 
The Senior Business Analyst, is responsible for the gathering, facilitating and writing requirements and use cases for both new and existing applications/systems, providing quality assurance, operational support as well as the creation and facilitation of new and existing IT change requests.
 
You will provide support and work with clients within SBC, other branches, ministries, levels of government as well as internal and external partners to government, in order to understand issues, impacts, and ensure business needs and requirements are met for new and existing applications. You will work collaboratively with applications development teams, operational support teams, as well as internal and external stakeholders.
