Job Summary:
Operations Support Analyst ~ Information Systems 18R
Salary:  $50,604.11 - $57,493.77 annually

  • An eligibility list may be established to fill future similar permanent and/or temporary positions.
This position provides Tier 2 business and technical support to Service BC systems and applications. This includes response/ investigation/ resolution/ escalation for a variety of requests, incidents and alerts relating to Service BC systems and applications.  Incident resolution is focused on both ministry line of business and partner applications and web based services to the public.  This position serves internal/external clients across several ministries including federal and local governments.

The Operations Support Analyst will address system incompatibilities, identify options for resolution, and support the implementation of business applications, and application releases. They will be responsible for receiving, diagnosing, resolving and/or escalating incidents to solve complex data, server and application problems.
