The Provincial Identity Information Management (IDIM) Branch provides ministries and broader public service organizations with identity, authentication and integration technologies and services to enable employees, businesses and citizens to have access to government programs, services and information – either in person or online.
IDIM Service Operations is accountable for service management; quality assurance and testing (pre‑production and production); citizen’s support, training and communication; managing IDIM’s knowledge repository (including all business processes and procedures); and, business and security assurance activities across the IDIM program.

The Team Lead is responsible for a team that facilitates, coordinates, and leads business and security assurance activities across the entire IDIM program, including business process development and implementation, content management, knowledge repository management and security assurance activities.

In order to be considered for this position, your application must clearly demonstrate how you meet the education and experience as outlined below:


  • Degree in the computer science field, diploma, certification or equivalent.

  • 5 years’ experience in technical operations in a complex application environment, supporting a large, diverse, corporate business enterprise.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience supervising staff and providing technical advice to work teams.

  • Preference may be given to experience working on identity management related projects and initiatives.

  • Experience in:

    • Application and Business Process technologies

    • IT systems architecture, application management, network design

    • Contract and vendor management
